Mark Edwards
Co-founder, Crush & Crate Northwest

A native Oregonian with over 35 years in the specialty food industry, I’ve has spent my career as Director of Marketing at the local office of DPI Specialty Foods, building strong relationships with producers around the world.

From growing up in Southern Oregon to launching a lifelong career in the Portland area, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the incredible culinary richness of our state and beyond.

Driven by a passion for great food and the people who make it, we are proud to launch this first-of-its-kind event — a celebration of the outstanding flavors and talents found right here in Oregon’s wine country.

Mike Hatch
Co-founder, Crush & Crate Northwest

A native Oregonian with 31 years in the specialty food industry, primarily on the sales side of the business. I started in the restaurant business quite young, in Bend, Oregon, and eventually managed restaurants for 11 years in the greater Seattle market. My specialty food experience over the years has created some of the most genuine relationships and amazing opportunities in the food industry.

Residing now in Newberg for 20 years, it is remarkable to witness the growth of our community to embrace food and wine as an integral part of what Chehalem Valley has to offer. We are excited to offer this unique experience to local businesses and consumers in Newberg and the surrounding communities.
